The Master of Education in Administrative Leadership is a dynamic, intensive cluster of program options leading to eligibility for licensure as school principal/assistant principal, special education administrator, school business administrator, or superintendent/assistant superintendent. This program helps build leadership skills through study; reflection and experimentation in negotiation, communication and mediation; personnel and financial management; curriculum design and leadership; and measurement and program evaluation. Drawn from international, private, and public school standards and based upon strong theoretical foundations, administrative leadership courses reflect the practical, hands-on learning necessary for effective leadership in K-12 schools.
